@Wayne : Yes, you are right and I am expecting that to happen but it seems advertisers in Malaysia prefer to have graphical ads instead.. well i assume it is more value for money to them I do not have information on person behind GMA. Hmmm, maybe I should send him an email.

I signed as GMA member already but I still don’t dare to publish on my blog yet I never see any GMA ads from any blogs before

Local advertising needs something like Google Adsense, something which is at least text-based to take off. Graphical ads are not suitable for most informational blogs.

I am sure you don’t want to see ads of restaurants on your, for example, IT blog.

Also, visitors are somehow blind about banner ads nowadays and all these startups normally ahve the same ads all over the place which will make the “blind” more serious.

Anyway, won’t be signing up and I shall see what they can do. An idea about their CEO? Does he has a blog or something like Josh and Timothy?
