For those of you who owned an iPad Wifi version and regretted that you did not get the 3G version, here are 2 solutions for you.

Both Verizon and Digi will be selling a device that allow your iPad to connect to a 3G connection. It will cost you around US $150 for the device and a data plan with the mobile operator. You can also connnect your laptop, netbook and iPod to it at the same time. Cool stuff.
Although Steve Jobs confirmed that iPad won’t support iPhone tethering, actually, it is always possible to turn your iPhone into a WiFi hotspot. Simply jailbreak your iPhone, make sure it is running on firmware 3.1.2 and above, install MyWi app through Cydia (only US $9.99) on your iPhone and that’s it!

You can turn your Samsung Galaxy S into a mobile Wifi too… so you share online with your iPad or any netbook via your Smartphone.
They are great tips, eventhough I am completely clueless when it comes to technical gadgets!
@ Cherillyn stone, I hope your not a real estate agent, ipad is useless to real estate agents cuz it cannot use google locator. If not, then use ipad. or much better but an android phone for versatility and ussability. Cheers!
