KeepMeOut – Solve your Facebook Addiction

Posted by Kenji on 28 January 2011 0 Comment

Find yourself visiting certain websites (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc) way too often during work or at home? Why not try out KeepMeOut and if you impose a little more discipline on yourself, it will solve your addiction problems.

KeepMeOut

So what does KeepMeOut do?

On their website, enter the website URL (let’s use Facebook.com as example) that you are addicted to and specified a time interval, let’s say 60 minutes and KeepMeOut will create an alias for Facebook.com. Save it to your bookmark and use it to access Facebook from now on.

If you try to access Facebook more than once in within 60 minutes, KeepMeOut will remind you. With some discipline, the reminder should be good enough to deter you from visiting Facebook too often. Try it out now, Facebook addicts!
